Dr. Cruz received his training in dermatology from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, a fellowship in pathology from the Orlando Regional Medical Center in Florida, and dermatopathology from Ohio State. He completed his medical internships at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, and the University of Puerto Rico Hospital School of Medicine in San Juan.
